There is a lot involved in safely canning jellies and jams!  Nancy will demonstrate water bath canning using Sure-Jell™ and fruit currently in season.  Nancy will discuss jars and equipment and share some tricks to make things go smoothly.  Everyone will take home one jar of jelly, one jar of jam and the confidence to do this at home!
