Pequot Lakes Community Education

Player must currently be in 5th – 6th grade *verification may be required. 

Program will focus on skills and fundamentals. There will be games played against area communities. 

Players pitch.

Season will tentatively start the week of April 1 with a skills clinic, and end the week of June 24. There will typically be either 1-2 practices per week or 1 practice and 1 game per week.

Games will start the first week of June and be in the evening on Mondays and/or Wednesdays, starting no earlier than 5:30 p.m. Practice day of the week will be based on field availability. 

Practices will be in Pequot or Breezy, there will be some traveling required for games.  All transportation will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians. 

It is strongly recommended that players wear baseball pants or sweats (they will learn to slide) and tennis shoes or cleats (no metal cleats allowed).  Players must provide their own glove & helmet. Team jerseys will be provided (thanks to business sponsors). 

Registration deadline: April 1 - Registrations accepted after April 1 only if space is available & will be charged a late fee.  Registrations received after April 1 may not receive a team jersey.
