GYMNASTICS 4 EVERYONE! Ages 0 - 15GymnasticsGYMNASTICS 4 EVERYONE! Ages 0 - 15 Gymnastics is the study of acrobatics. Acrobatics that improves fitness, mental health, team building, and more. Essentially, gymnastics is learning movements that focus on building stronger minds and bodies. In these classes, students will learn the base level of gymnastics appropriate for your present skill level via tumbling, beam, and a routine paired with music. Students will move on to more advanced skills as they progress. A manual will be provided for this class outlining the core curriculum from the USA GYMNASTICS program, acting as a road map for what the individual will learn.
