Ladder Flow Yoga A ladder yoga class is a vinyasa-style class that builds sequences by adding one or more new poses in each round, creating a gradual progression of increasing complexity. The class starts with a few foundational poses, which are repeated before adding new poses to the beginning of the sequence.
