Ladder Flow Yoga
A ladder yoga class is a vinyasa-style class that builds sequences by adding one or more new poses in each round, creating a gradual progression of increasing complexity. The class starts with a few foundational poses, which are repeated before adding new poses to the beginning of the sequence. This method helps students build physical strength and endurance as the flow becomes longer and more challenging. Equipment: yoga mat required, 2 blocks (recommended) All levels welcome

In my personal life, I'm a wife, boy mom x3, dog mom x3 and have a bunch of laying hens. I enjoy doing all things active such as taking fitness classes, training for physical events, hiking, biking and spending time at our camper on Mille Lacs.
In my professional life, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Wellness Management and have been a professional health coach for over 8 years. I am an RYT® 200 and am an active Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach.
