WANT TO BE A BIRD DETECTIVE? Discover the joy of birdwatching in this beginner-friendly class! Learn how to identify common local birds by sight and sound. Participants will learn about appearance, location, behavior, and more to help you build confidence in recognizing species in your own backyard and beyond. Perfect for nature enthusiasts, families, or anyone curious about the feathered friends around them. By the end of the class we are hoping you’ll be able to identify that “mystery bird.”

WATER AEROBICS Make a splash while you get fit! This low-impact class takes place in the pool and combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises for a full-body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, water aerobics provides resistance training while being gentle on your joints. Enjoy upbeat music, energizing moves, and a fun group environment that will leave you feeling refreshed and strong. Participants do not need to be able to swim; classes are held in less than 5' water. *Classes must be used within the session you registered for & do not carry over to future sessions.

WATER FITNESS Boost your health with this fast paced, low impact cardio class that uses the natural resistance of water to give your body a full workout! Water aerobics gently increases your heart rate and breathing while strengthening & toning muscles. It’s a great option for all fitness levels & ages. Classes are held in shallow water (less than 5’) and require no swimming ability. Participants must feel comfortable moving through the water, including floating on a noodle. The first date of each session is dedicated to learning the basics of water aerobics and the moves used with music. Please plan to attend the first date of each session. Participants are encouraged to bring their preferred resistance equipment: water bells, gloves, swim cuffs, and/or pool shoes. The instructor will have different options available to try before you buy if you are unsure of what you would like. Choice of signing up for 7, 6, 4 or single classes *Classes do not carry over to different sessions (must be used within the class session that you registered for).

Players must currently be in 3rd-4th grade *verification may be required. Program will focus on skills and fundamentals. There will be games played against area communities. Coaches pitch 2 innings, players pitch balance of innings (2). Season will start March 31 with a skills clinic, and end the week of June 22. A FULL practice schedule will be emailed after teams are formed - Mid April (for April & May), then a FULL game / practice schedule will be emailed for the month of June (typically this will be emailed mid/late May). April & May: Practices will tentatively start the week of April 27. There will typically be either 1-2 practices per week (weeknights Monday - Thursday). Schedule will be determined by the # of teams & field availability. June: Games will typically start the last week of May and be in the evening on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, starting no earlier than 5:30 p.m. There will likely either be practice or a game every Tuesday/Thursday in June. Practices will be at the HS fields, elementary school fields or in Breezy Point, there will be some traveling required for games. All transportation will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians. It is strongly recommended that players wear softball pants or sweats (they may need to slide) and tennis shoes or cleats (no metal cleats allowed). Players must provide their own glove & helmet. Helmets must have a face shield for 10U & 12U.
