Advanced Summer Patriot GSP Fitness (Grades 9 - 12)
*ISD 186 students only Recommended for students entering grades 9-12 or 8th grade students who have participated in GSP in the past. Students will will be provided with training techniques and opportunities to improve in the areas of speed, strength, agility, acceleration skills, first step quickness, vertical, flexibility and anaerobic / aerobic fitness relative to their sport. Coach’s discretion applies. If an 8th grade student is not ready to participate in the advanced programing, parents will be contacted and he/she will be moved to the beginning level group.
