SELF-DEFENSE 4 BEGINNERS (Ages 4 - 11)FitnessSELF-DEFENSE 4 BEGINNERS (Ages 4 - 11) Self-defense is a concept that incorporates variables such as productive communication, emotional regulation, and critical thinking. In this class, individuals will learn methods of de-escalation, practical beginner techniques, how to maintain composure, etc. The best form of self-defense is the one that gets you home safely. Therefore, all of our methods will incorporate body mass and leverage over brute strength for the purpose of getting home safely. A manual will be provided for this class, outlining what the individual will learn.Fall / Winter 2025
