NewBeginner Summer Patriot GSP Fitness (grades 6-8)FitnessRecommended for students entering grades 6-8, students will be provided with training techniques and opportunities to improve in the areas of speed, strength, agility, acceleration skills, first step quickness, vertical, flexibility and anaerobic / aerobic fitness relative to their sport.
