Summer Patriot GSP Fitness Grades 8 - 12
Summer Patriot GSP Fitness (Grades 8 - 12) Students will be provided with training techniques and opportunities to improve their speed, strength, agility, acceleration skills, first step quickness, vertical, flexibility and anaerobic / aerobic fitness relative to their sport. Note: 8th grade students MUST have participated in a 24-25 School Year Session of GSP. -
Beginner Summer Patriot GSP Fitness (grades 6-8)
Recommended for students entering grades 6-8, students will be provided with training techniques and opportunities to improve in the areas of speed, strength, agility, acceleration skills, first step quickness, vertical, flexibility and anaerobic / aerobic fitness relative to their sport. Coach’s discretion applies. If an 8th grade student is deemed ready for the more advanced class option, parents will be contacted and charged the difference.
