Combining the mindful alignment of Hatha yoga with the flowing movement of Vinyasa, each class uses your own body weight to develop strength and endurance—no weights or equipment needed. The class follows the same sequence each week, giving you the opportunity to become familiar with the movements and focus on improving your form, stability, and strength. As the weeks progress, you’ll be able to notice your body becoming stronger and your practice becoming more confident. All levels are welcome. WATER AEROBICSFitnessWATER AEROBICS Make a splash while you get fit! This low-impact class takes place in the pool and combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises for a full-body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, water aerobics provides resistance training while being gentle on your joints. Enjoy upbeat music, energizing moves, and a fun group environment that will leave you feeling refreshed and strong. Participants do not need to be able to swim; classes are held in less than 5' water. *Classes must be used within the session you registered for & do not carry over to future sessions.Fall / Winter 2026 -
Water FitnessFitnessWATER FITNESS Boost your health with this fast paced, low impact cardio class that uses the natural resistance of water to give your body a full workout! Water aerobics gently increases your heart rate and breathing while strengthening & toning muscles. It’s a great option for all fitness levels & ages. Classes are held in shallow water (less than 5’) and require no swimming ability. Participants must feel comfortable moving through the water, including floating on a noodle. The first date of each session is dedicated to learning the basics of water aerobics and the moves used with music. Please plan to attend the first date of each session. Participants are encouraged to bring their preferred resistance equipment: water bells, gloves, swim cuffs, and/or pool shoes. The instructor will have different options available to try before you buy if you are unsure of what you would like. Choice of signing up for 6, 5 or single classes *Classes do not carry over to different sessions (must be used within the class session that you registered for).Fall / Winter 2026
