Participants do not need to be able to swim; classes are held in less than 5' water. *Classes must be used within the session you registered for & do not carry over to future sessions.Winter/Spring 2026 -

Water aerobics gently increases your heart rate and breathing while strengthening & toning muscles. It’s a great option for all fitness levels & ages. Classes are held in shallow water (less than 5’) and require no swimming ability. Participants must feel comfortable moving through the water, including floating on a noodle. The first date of each session is dedicated to learning the basics of water aerobics and the moves used with music. Please plan to attend the first date of each session. Participants are encouraged to bring their preferred resistance equipment: water bells, gloves, swim cuffs, and/or pool shoes. The instructor will have different options available to try before you buy if you are unsure of what you would like. Choice of signing up for 7, 6, 4 or single classes *Classes do not carry over to different sessions (must be used within the class session that you registered for).Fall / Winter 2025 -
