Beginner Crochet (Ages 15 & Up) Learn the basics of crocheting including chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, increasing, decreasing, reading a pattern. Choose your project from several dishcloth options or a scarf. List of materials will be provided once registered.

Beginner Knitting (Age 15 & Up) Learn the basics of knitting including, casting on, knit stitch, purl stitch, garter and stockinette stitch, increasing, decreasing, binding off, reading a pattern. Choose your project-dishcloth, scarf, headband. List of materials will be provided once registered.

Beginning Pottery Wheel Throwing (Ages 18 & Up) This course is a great introduction to the exciting process of wheel-thrown ceramics. Developed for students with little or no clay experience, this class covers the basic skills at a potter’s wheel. Demonstrations will cover wedging, centering, trimming, and forming shapes such as vases, mugs, and bowls. Students will make up to seven pieces of pottery and will learn the basic decorating and glazing techniques, along with an introduction to kiln firing.

Chunky Yarn Blanket (Ages 18 & Up) Have you been wanting to learn how to make those super cute, super easy to make, chunky blankets? Well, here’s your chance! Join us as we make a small lap blanket. You will then be able to take your new found talent home and create any size, design, or color you chose! This class is for super beginners! No skill required! All supplies provided.

Grapevine Basket Making (Ages 12 - Adult) Did you know you can turn grapevine trimmings into baskets? Join us for this fun class just in time for Easter! Each participant will make a unique 10” egg basket from local vines & purchased reed. All supplies & tools provided. These baskets are not only beautiful - they are practical!

Basic crochet skills are required for this class. Instruction includes working in the round, granny squares, joining granny squares, pattern stitches, multiple starting techniques, working even edges, and specialty stitches Choose your own projects from multiple options.

Intermediate Knitting (Ages 15 & Up) Basic knitting skills are required for this class. Learn several different ways to cast on and bind off, knitting in the round, knitting with 2 colors, multiple ways to increase and decrease. You will have the option of several different projects. List of materials will be provided once registered.

Mosaic Hanging Garden Ornament (Ages 16 & Up) Create a beautiful 3 x 6 inch hanging garden mosaic. Your instructor will show you how to use glass nippers and grout your mosaic piece. All supplies and materials included. You’ll be surprised how easy it is to create this beautiful work of art!

Watercolor Painting - Spring Has Sprung (Ages 16 & Up) Awaken the creative Artist within you! You’ll experience how magical this medium can be to work with. Learn basic knowledge of materials, color theory, painting techniques, values and more. Your instructor will be there every step of the way offering guidance and encouragement. Students will also paint a Valentine’s Day or St Patty’s Day card. Perfect for both beginner and intermediate painters. Instructor will supply the all the watercolor paper. If a participant has watercolor materials (palette, brushes, feel free to bring them along). If you prefer to buy your own supplies a list will be provided after registration. There is an option to purchase the supplies needed to complete the projects when registering (additional $40).
