BETTER THAN TAKE-OUT CHINESE DINNER FAVORITES! Live Online Get your chopsticks ready! Really good Chinese Take-Out is often very difficult to find. Register for this Master Class and learn how to create, from scratch, a wonderful Chinese “Better-than-take-out” meal in your own kitchen! You will learn about the various ingredients and step-by-step processes that turn these ingredients into fabulous Chinese take-out favorites, and gain the confidence to create your own “better-than-take-out” meals time and time again. After this class your search for Chinese take-out will be a search through your freezer and pantry. Although most Chinese take-out items are fried, this class will also provide healthier options for cooking. The class will include a cook-along option for 4 recipes and one additional recipe will be demonstrated. There will be a discussion / presentation about ingredients and their use, in addition to basic equipment that is wonderful to have and why. Boundary Waters Food Pack Now that your trip is planned, figure out how to pack enough food to feed your whole group without breaking your backs carrying it. This class will include recipes, a sample meal plan, methods for space-saving packing, food prep and water safety at camp, and bear precautions.

Boundary Waters for Beginners Learn everything you need to know to make your first trek into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Find out what to expect; how to plan your route; the nitty-gritty of rules, regulations and permits; what gear you’ll need; safety precautions that everyone should take; and a brief introduction on food packing. This is a great class to take prior to the opening of permits for the BWCA for 2026.

CARDIO BOXING/KICKBOXING (Ages 12 & Up) Boxing and striking are time-honored sports that involve evasive maneuvers while employing counter techniques. This class involves hitting targets such as mitts with gloves, heavy bag workouts, and endurance training. The main focus of this class is on improving endurance, reaction, and speed. Individuals will learn basic fundamentals of footwork, offense, and defense. Both boxing and kickboxing will be incorporated into this class. The goal for the end result is a great work out and an even greater community of people who enjoy being together. A manual will be provided for this class, outlining what the individual will learn.

CHRISTMAS EXTRAVAGANZA - BENTLEYVILLE, GLENSHEEN & DINNER (All Ages Welcome!) Step into the magic of the season with a festive 1.5-hour self-guided tour of the historic Glensheen Mansion in Duluth.
