Topics covered include the responsibilities before, during, and after a performance; organizing rehearsals; communicating with directors and actors; managing scripts; tracking cues; and keeping productions running smoothly. WATER FITNESSFitnessWATER FITNESS Boost your health with this fast paced, low impact cardio class that uses the natural resistance of water to give your body a full workout! Water aerobics gently increases your heart rate and breathing while strengthening & toning muscles. It’s a great option for all fitness levels & ages. Classes are held in shallow water (less than 5’) and require no swimming ability. Participants must feel comfortable moving through the water, including floating on a noodle. The first date of each session is dedicated to learning the basics of water aerobics and the moves used with music. Please plan to attend the first date of each session. Participants are encouraged to bring their preferred resistance equipment: water bells, gloves, swim cuffs, and/or pool shoes. The instructor will have different options available to try before you buy if you are unsure of what you would like. Choice of signing up for 8, 6, 4 or single classes *Classes do not carry over to different sessions (must be used within the class session that you registered for).Summer 2026
