INTRO TO GAME CODING Grades 1 - 3 Live Online Don’t just play games, create them! Learn to modify and build our arcade-style games using Scratch. Scratch is a programming language developed by MIT. MULTIPLAYER MINECRAFT: ESCAPE THE ENDER DRAGON (Grades 2 - 6) Live Online Collaborate with other students to create a world with multiple unique, themed escape room adventure maps. Students will complete a mission to race through the end and escape the Ender Dragon! A copy of the world will be provided after class to continue development. MULTIPLAYER MINECRAFT: THEME PARK BUILDER (Grades 1 - 5) Live Online Work as a team to create a custom theme park in Minecraft. Use creative and Redstone to create this world! Projects include roller coasters, water rides, a trampoline park, an obstacle course, a boat race, bumper boats, a dunk tank, and many more rides and attractions! Students will get a copy of the world after class. Students must have a PC or Mac (chromebook, tablet, phones do not work).

STEM - WINTER FUN CULINARY CRAFTS (Grades K - 8) Dive into the building blocks of life—and snack while you learn—in this interactive, engaging and totally delicious edible science workshop all about DNA, genetics, and chemistry! Participants will create DNA that you can eat and tasty wintery popcorn. All supplies provided.

VIDEO GAME DESIGN: PLATFORMER (Grades 3 - 7) Live Online Develop engaging gameplay, experiment with different power-ups, enemies, and boss battles to make your game more exciting and fun! In this class students will learn to create their own platform game, using Construct 3, a visual coding platform that teaches students the basics and structure of programming. Students must have a PC or Mac (chromebook, tablet, phones do not work).

YOUTUBE VIDEO PRODUCTION (Grades 3 - 7) Live Online Learn how to create content for YouTube! Students will practice tricks that pro filmmakers use for better shots, lighting, and sounds. They will receive hands-on experience editing videos, adding transitions, and inserting a soundtrack. The finished product can be shared with family and friends! Students must have a PC or Mac (chromebook, tablet, phones do not work), plus a cell phone or video camera.
