Perfect for all fitness levels, water aerobics provides resistance training while being gentle on your joints. Enjoy upbeat music, energizing moves, and a fun group environment that will leave you feeling refreshed and strong. Participants do not need to be able to swim; classes are held in less than 5' water. *Classes must be used within the session you registered for & do not carry over to future sessions.
