  • Track & Field 5th Grade Girls & Boys

    5th Grade Track & Field offers a variety of opportunities for students to participate in running, jumping and throwing events associated with Track & Field. This program will help develop fundamental skills and improve performance. 5th Grade participants will practice with 7th - 8th grade. 5th Grade participants will NOT attend any away meets. Pequot Lakes will host ONE home meet specifically for 5th - 6th grade track & field participants. A sports physical is NOT required for 5th grade participants. 5th Grade participants should plan to attend the Spring Sports Information night on Thursday, March 6 at 7 PM at Pequot Lakes High School in the Athletic Center. Details on the track schedule and program will be provided at the sports information meeting. **Participation in 5th grade track & field will NOT conflict with 5th grade YS Softball or Baseball
  • Track & Field 6th Grade Girls & Boys

    6th Grade Track & Field offers a variety of opportunities for students to participate in running, jumping and throwing events on a track & field. This program will help develop fundamental skills and improve the performance of the athletes; it will offer students an opportunity to compete against different ability levels. 6th Grade participants will practice with 7th - 8th grade. 6th grade will be eligible to attend some home & away meets (parents are responsible for transportation to & from meets). Pequot Lakes will host ONE home meet specifically for 5th - 6th grade track & field participants. A sports physical is NOT required for 6th grade participants. 6th Grade participants should plan to attend the Spring Sports Information night on Thursday, March 6 at 7 PM at Pequot Lakes High School in the Athletic Center.
