Join us for this low impact fitness class using the natural resistance of the water. Water Fitness is a great cardiovascular workout, gently increasing your pulse & breathing rate. It strengthens and tones your muscles using the resistance of the water. It is a great workout for people of all fitness levels and ages. Participants are encouraged to bring a set of water bells (easily purchased on Amazon) or come to the first class and try an assortment of different equipment options. This class is held in “shallow” water (less than 5 feet).
