JOURNEY INTO JOURNALING (Age 14 +)

We will be using some fun methods to tap into our senses and enrich the journaling process. Learn to reduce self-judgement in your writing, conquer your fears and just write for fun. Bring along your own journal if you have one, and your favorite writing instrument. We will do a bit of voluntary sharing near the end of this class in order to be inspired by others, not for criticism.
