CARDIO BOXING/KICKBOXING (Ages 12 & Up)
Boxing and striking are time-honored sports that involve evasive maneuvers while employing counter techniques. This class involves hitting targets such as mitts with gloves, heavy bag workouts, and endurance training. The main focus of this class is on improving endurance, reaction, and speed. Individuals will learn basic fundamentals of footwork, offense, and defense. Both boxing and kickboxing will be incorporated into this class. The goal for the end result is a great work out and an even greater community of people who enjoy being together. A manual will be provided for this class, outlining what the individual will learn.
