Group Lessons  

Your child will become a better swimmer and more comfortable around water in these  six, ½ hour lessons.

• J (“J” Fish) Tread water for time, swim lengths for 5 strokes, skills for 6 strokes, turns
• K (King Fish) Tread water for time, swim lengths for 6 strokes, water safety, rescues
• L (Lake Trout) Tread 4 minutes, front stroke 5 laps, Backstroke 5 laps, whip kick-T arms 3 laps, scissor kick-arm pull 3 laps, Front stroke 4 arm circles/backstroke 4 arm strokes 2 laps, obstacle course swim, push puck length of pool
• M (Muskie) Tread 3 minutes, Front Stroke 6 laps, Tread 2 minutes, Backstroke 6 laps, Tread 1 minute, puck 5 ft to 3 ft , use of life ring, scissors kick/overarm, Intro to Synchronized swim.

Each session is (6) 30 minutes lessons
