Flag Football for 3rd/4th grade    

• The focus will be on skills and fundamentals in a Fun & Encouraging environment.  Parent coaches are needed, please consider volunteering.
• The goal is to have practice 1 night a week with scrimmages on Saturday mornings with area communities.  Varsity football coaches and players may be assisting with some practices.  Transportation to scrimmage locations is the responsibility of parents/guardians.
• Players must supply their own pants (either FB pants, sweats, shorts) & shoes (tennis shoes or cleats).
• Players are provided with a jersey (to keep)
  
• Players will be provided with ONE mouth-guard; mouth-guard must be worn at all practices/scrimmages (no mouth-guard = no participation)
• Players will be showcasing their skills at 1/2 time of the Homecoming Game on October 3
