Track & Field Fun (Ages 4 - 6)
This fun and energetic class for children of all abilities is a great way to get your child moving! Girls and boys will participate in mini track & field events with a variety of activities that teach teamwork and focus on motor skills development. Day one will emphasize proper running technique, stretching and running events. Day two will be all about field events, throwing & jumping. This is a drop off class, but parents are invited to stay and watch.
Mackenzie Nelson
Kenzie Nelson has been working with youth for over 7 years. She was a PLHS State Track participant. She loves sharing her love of all the aspects of track with youth, introducing them to fundamentals of both running and field activities in a fun and encouraging environment.
Kenzie is First Aid & CPR certified.
