Introduction to Water Fitness

Hesitant to sign up for a full session of Water Fitness without knowing what it’s all about? Join us for this one day class to give it a try!  Class will be held in a similar format to our regular classes, but will be slowed down to better accommodate individuals new to water aerobics. You’ll learn moves to improve strength, cardio, balance and flexibility.  This low-impact program, held in shallow water, is beneficial for people of all fitness levels, ages and some medical conditions. Participants are encouraged to test out a variety of resistance equipment during class before purchasing. Please bring a pool noodle to better experience class.
