Join us for a female led, female focused fitness class with workouts geared towards the female physique. Included is one day each week in the weight room and one day each week focused on aerobic exercise/yoga in the gym. You will be more fit and stronger before you know it!

Joleen Platt
Joleen is an extremely dedicated certified fitness trainer with over a decade of experience transforming lives through personalized fitness programs. Her passion for health & wellness led her to opening her own studio: Phoenix Fitness.
Joleen combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and nutritional guidance. It is important to her to ensure a comprehensive approach to fitness.
Joleen is a Natural Woman's Pro; she practices what she preaches, she uses motivational coaching techniques and a hands-on approach to fitness. Her goal is to help individuals overcome barriers and reach their peak performance.
