Join us for this low impact fitness class using the natural resistance of the water. Aquacise is a great cardiovascular workout, gently increasing your pulse & breathing rate. It strengthens and tones your muscles using the resistance of the water. It is a great workout for people of all fitness levels and ages. This class requires no swimming, as class is held in shallow water (less than 5 feet). However, participants must be comfortable moving in the water, including floating with a noodle. Participants are encouraged to bring their choice of resistance equipment (water bells, water gloves, swim cuffs), or test out different equipment during our first class. Participants are also encouraged to bring a pool noodle.
Low IntensityĀ Class focuses on improving balance and flexibility, with some strength and cardio
Choice of signing up for 4 or 8 classes.
