Flag Football for 3rd/4th grade    

• The focus will be on skills and fundamentals in a Fun & Encouraging environment.  Parent coaches are needed, please consider volunteering.
• The goal is to have 1 night per week along with Saturday morning.  Varsity football coaches and players will be assisting with some practices.  Mid season - scrimmages will replace practice on Saturday morning.  Approx. time frame:  5:45 - 7:00 p.m. weeknights, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Saturdays.  Transportation to scrimmage locations is the responsibility of parents/guardians.
• Players must supply their own pants (either FB pants, sweats, shorts) & shoes (tennis shoes or cleats).
• Players are provided with a jersey 
  
• Players will be provided with ONE mouth-guard; mouth-guard must be worn at all practices/scrimmages (no mouth-guard = no participation)
