Make a splash while you get fit! This low-impact class takes place in the pool and combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises for a full-body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, water aerobics provides resistance training while being gentle on your joints. Enjoy upbeat music, energizing moves, and a fun group environment that will leave you feeling refreshed and strong.  Participants do not need to be able to swim; classes are held in less than 5' water. *Classes must be used within the session you registered for & do not carry over to future sessions.
