EMPOWERING FLOW YOGA (Ages 16 & Up)

Build strength, stamina, balance, and body awareness in this welcoming six-week yoga series. Combining the mindful alignment of Hatha yoga with the flowing movement of Vinyasa, each class uses your own body weight to develop strength and endurance—no weights or equipment needed.

The class follows the same sequence each week, giving you the opportunity to become familiar with the movements and focus on improving your form, stability, and strength. As the weeks progress, you’ll be able to notice your body becoming stronger and your practice becoming more confident. All levels are welcome.

Equipment to bring: yoga mat and 2 blocks (highly recommended)
