MARTIAL ARTS: TSUGOKU (Ages 7 - 10)

Tsugoku level martial arts is for kids desiring to learn how to navigate life confidently and communicate, because Martial Arts is a lifestyle that incorporates discipline, focus, manners, respect, productive communication, and emotional regulation.  It is a system that helps kids learn how to calm and de-escalate situations now and into adulthood. In this class, students will be introduced to a basic level of understanding of footwork, offense, defense, and more. A manual will be provided for this class, outlining what the individual will learn. An award of a white belt will be provided at the end of this course.  Students will earn their yellow belt by the end of the class period, or a white belt for new students. Some will even be able to take on their first tournament or participate in a martial arts expo (optional) as desired!
