Martial Arts is a system that is designed to help individuals develop self-esteem through active learning of punches, kicks, chokes, throws, and more. Additionally, martial arts is a sport that develops the mind, body, and spirit. In this class, you will be introduced to a basic level of understanding of footwork, offense, defense, and more.
