Learn the basics of sourdough bread making.  We will walk you through all the steps, from making an active sourdough starter, mixing the dough, completing the stretch and folds to baking our sourdough.  Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the sourdough process.  Most ingredients are supplied, participants will be given a list of supplies they will need to bring once they are registered.
